Installation Of New Heating and AC Systems In A Restaurant

This building in the small town of Grabill, Indiana was originally a restaurant called the Grabill Inn. The building was in bad shape when it closed, and the new owner had the interior completely rebuilt. A new restaurant called The Woodhouse will open in November, 2019.

Schroyer, Inc. completely replaced the building's old heating and air conditioning systems with new units from Heil and Bryant, along with new ductwork and vents.

Multiple furnace units were installed to feed the different areas of the building. All of the units and the ductwork for them were laced in the building's attic space.

The air conditoning units were installed next to the building.

The ceiling vents in the dining rooms are between the ceiling beams, making them less visible to customers.

The "Back of the house" areas are more utilitarian.

The ducts in the kitchen will be hidden by the drop-ceiling tiles.

We installed the exhaust fans in the celings of the restrooms, too.
